Entry Level and College Graduate

There are many ways for enthusiastic individuals to break into the construction field. Recent college graduates have a unique opportunity to do so with our Entry Level and College Graduate.

Our Entry Level and College Graduate provides recent graduates in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, and Business Administration with a broad overview of our company and a challenging management development opportunity. As a Career Track Partner, your career development is accelerated through varied strategic rotations in multiple assignments throughout our organization, such as; Project Management, Estimating, Materials Production, Transportation, Finance, and Administration. Throughout the program you are supported through mentorships, on the job experiences, courses within in our Continuous Learning Center and our Career Track Partner Academies where you can share your experiences with peers. Our Entry Level and College Graduate will prepare you for leadership positions in various areas of our organization.

Intership and Co-Op

The American Infrastructure Internship & Co-Op Programs provide individuals with industry experience while acquainting them with our organizational culture and work style. These programs provide students the opportunity to apply their academic training to real situations on real jobs.

Our interns and co-ops bring a positive attitude and desire to learn and contribute to our team. We provide them with the challenge of demanding highway, bridge, treatment plant, asphalt, aggregate and site development projects where they can apply your academic learning in a real-world environment. An AI Internship or Co-Op is a perfect way to gain experience in the industry and our company. Many past interns and co-ops have gone on to exciting careers at American Infrastructure.
