Award Recognizes Organizations That Excel at Employee Development
Worcester, Pennsylvania, February 9, 2010 – American Infrastructure is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the 2010 Training Magazine Top 125 Award. This is the second year that American Infrastructure has been awarded this prestigious honor. For 2010 the organization placed 49th of 125 international awardees; in 2009 the organization placed 63rd of 125 international awardees.
“Building a Great Place to Work means our organization constantly strives to provide employees with career development opportunities to excel and succeed,” says Chairman and CEO, A. Ross Myers. “All of these opportunities are free of charge to every American Infrastructure Employee.”
The Training Magazine Top 125 Awards rank organizational excellence in employer-sponsored training and development programs. Now in its tenth year, the Training Top 125 ranking is determined by assessing a range of qualitative and quantitative factors, including financial investment in employee development, the scope of development programs, and how closely such development efforts are linked to business goals and objectives.
“The companies we selected exemplify a belief in the value of learning, and we’re proud to honor them, and provide an opportunity for our readers and conference attendees to learn from the best,” said Joyceann Cooney-Garippa, publishing and show director for Training Magazine.
